We are reaching out to you today on the subject of your Carrera risers. One of our favorite long legged speed system stompers managed to stomp hard enough to get his speed system to start pulling off the riser. It did not compromise the flying ( at trim ) integrity of the riser but it naturally of concern.
We consulted with Gin Gliders and have determined that the best way to prevent this is to provide you all with risers that have additional reinforcement in this area.
We expect to receive the replacement risers in the next week and we will send them to you directly. We hope that you will be able to switch out the risers yourself but we are at your disposal if you need
and if you aren't up to the task, we can arrange to have it done for you.
In the meantime, please have a look at the sewing around your top speed system pulley, make sure that everything is in tact and please let us know if you discover any damage.
