Back to flying after a long time grounding!

Hi you all,
I have been flying for over ten years and just got back to Israel a year ago, but after a knee operation. My doc says I can start flying again on January so I am looking forward to reconnect myself with the air again. That said, I do not know the sites or the community in Israel. Any and all info from you guys will be highly appreciated.

now the conditions are not as good as in the summer but you can still fly
mostly in the eastern sites in the north like Gilboa, Sharona
or in the desert: Mezokey dragot
tommorow you will find peaple in Gilboa
