Preparation of the unusual extreme project proceeded within two years, and Rozov's team included professional climbers, operators, doctors and conductors-sherpy.
As wrote "Arguments and the Facts", at the last stage participants of expedition spent three weeks in the Himalayas, preparing an ascension for a starting point of a jump – a mark of 7220 meters above sea level, is slightly higher than a so-called Northern Saddle of Everest.
Rozov dressed in special "suit wing", made a jump in difficult conditions – at air temperature a minus of 18 degrees and a strong head wind.
The sparseness of air was such is that the thrill-seeker hardly managed to pass from a condition of a free fall to a condition of flight. Speed of flight of Rozov along a northern wall of Everest reached 200 kilometers per hour. In a minute, having safely developed a parachute, the Russian beysdzhamper landed on a glacier Rongbuk (a mark of 5950 meters).
Rozov's jump from a mark of 7220 meters is for today the highest jump in the world (it is a question of jumps from the objects located on a surface of Earth).
The champion admitted that achievement was given him hard and physically, and psychologically, but he is happy that achieved the dream.

He is the repeated world champion and Europe, the repeated champion of Russia on parachuting, the winner of extreme games X-Games, the double champion of Russia on mountaineering, and also the owner of weight of other titles and ranks.
Having achieved the highest results in parachuting and mountaineering, he created the new direction of BASE jumping – "B.A.S.E. climbing".
Its essence consists in association of professional mountaineering and BASE jumping when jumps are made from the highest mountains of the world after an ascension on them.
