שורה תחתונה - לא כנף ראשונה אחרי en-A
Hi there
After my test last week I could not resist and I bought this lovely wing. Changing from Icaro Wildcat TSE in M to Rook 2 in SM. Luckily I could get it in no time. Flew it the past two days in Annecy and I am really blown away by its climbing abilities. Col de la Forclaz yesterday and Planfait today, within no time highest in the gaggle without special efforts. Crazy how this wing goes. Whats new for me and I need to get used to first is the lot of information coming through the risers. Lot of movement in the wing you need to understand. Might as well come from change of size. Nevertheless all information provided gives you the opportunity to act and react early enough. Wing can be well mastered by active piloting. But as written before, this is a new challenge for me. I will definitely need some further flights to adjust and spring thermals will challenge me quite a lot. Would not recommend the wing directly coming from an en-a wing. I fly the Gradient Freestyle 3 for some beginner Acro stuff and I would say that pilot skill needed is quite the same for both wings.
A real pleasure is the line setup, the sheathed lines and the start. So easy and without efforts. Nice!!
